Almond Nog Rice Pudding

- 3 cups Ajoyo Almond Nog
- 1 cup white or brown rice, uncooked
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- Combine Ajoyo Almond Nog, cinnamon sticks, and rice in a large saucepan, and bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to low, and cover, allowing rice mixture to cook for 30 minutes, until rice is soft and tender.
- Then, add honey, vanilla, and serve warm with additional Ajoyo Almond Nog on the side!
