Almond Nog Rice Pudding

  • 3 cups Ajoyo Almond Nog
  • 1 cup white or brown rice, uncooked
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cinnamon sticks


  1. Combine Ajoyo Almond Nog, cinnamon sticks, and rice in a large saucepan, and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce the heat to low, and cover, allowing rice mixture to cook for 30 minutes, until rice is soft and tender.
  3. Then, add honey, vanilla, and serve warm with additional Ajoyo Almond Nog on the side!
