Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 large banana
  • 1/4 cup Ajoyo Chocolate Almondmilk
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • fresh mint for garnish

Directions

  1. Combine avocados, banana, Ajoyo Chocolate Almondmilk, honey, and cocoa powder in a food processor or blender and combine until everything is smooth and creamy.
  2. Divide among 4 small bowls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Garnish with fresh mint and enjoy!
