Chocolate Avocado Pudding

- 3 ripe avocados
- 1 large banana
- 1/4 cup Ajoyo Chocolate Almondmilk
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- fresh mint for garnish
- Combine avocados, banana, Ajoyo Chocolate Almondmilk, honey, and cocoa powder in a food processor or blender and combine until everything is smooth and creamy.
- Divide among 4 small bowls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh mint and enjoy!
