Italian Pasta Rosa

  • 3 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 cup Ajoyo Original Unsweetened Almondmilk
  • 2 cups crushed tomatoes
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili flake
  • salt & pepper to taste


  1. While pasta cooks, in a large saucepot, add the crushed tomato, minced garlic, and red chili flake. Bring to a simmer over low.
  2. After the tomato mixture simmers for about 5 minutes, stir in the Ajoyo Original Unsweetened Almondmilk, basil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Allow creamy sauce to simmer for 10-15 minutes, then pour it over the cooked pasta. Serve as is, or garnish with additional fresh basil and a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese.
