Preheat oven to 400. Spray a 12-cup muffin tin with non stick cooking spray.
While oven preheats, place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high, stopping to scrape down the sides for about 2 minutes, or until batter is smooth.
Pour batter into muffin cups, filling them ¾ full. Place a slice of banana and strawberry on the top of each muffin.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, and allow to cool before eating!
